Highly recommend!Pam Lindemann2024-02-29I came across Del Sur Ranch Dental as a patient of Dr. Clark Henderson who's retiring :( I was in a lot of pain and the last thing I wanted to do was find a new dentist on short notice, so having my account transferred to Dr. Larkin at Del Sur Ranch Dental was a blessing. I called and they got me in the same day. I saw Dr. Larkin who is amazing! I was so nervous and in pain, so I chose a conservative approach and decided to get a filling replaced instead of the feared root canal. After a week I woke up to pressure in my tooth that's almost indescribable. Once again they fit me right in and on my way to the office, Dr. Larkin called around to the Endodontists in the area to get me a same day emergency appt. She even gave me 2 shots to hold me over until my appt later that day. Next came the dreaded root canal, which was fine, expensive, but fine. A week later I came back in to see Dr. Larkin for the crown. They do in-house same day crowns so I spent a couple hours there getting it made, put in and adjusted. As someone who always has trouble with crowns, this was by far the best experience, not having to go back in for more adjustments. The only downside is I'm a cash pay patient and having to come up with thousands of dollars unexpectedly was challenging. But they do use state of the art technology and I didn't have to wait several more weeks with a temporary filling waiting for the crown. Dr. Larkin was thorough, attentive, listened to my specific needs and generally went out of her way to help me in any way she could. Also a big shout out to all the members of her team. Each and every one of them was patient and helpful with my situation. Highly recommend!Lien Nguyen2024-02-23Perfect location for our family and they take our insurance. We pay out of pocket insurance for private insurance with United Healthcare dental and we are so happy they accept it. Our kids mainly needs cleaning. This office is new, clean & location is perfect!
